Meet Laulita and Erica, the sister team behind Cruzin Cakes Shop. This dynamic duo came together after 9 years of baking experience to bring life to confectionery dreams. After starting a home business 5 years ago, the pair opened the doors to their shop in Nashua just over a year ago. The Cruzin team are new faces here at Bride, but we have a feeling you'll see more of them in the future! Read on to learn all about their products and distinctive style.

New Hampshire Magazine's BRIDE: Where are you located and what is your service area?

CRUZIN CAKES SHOP: We are located in Nashua and service Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

NHMB: How would you describe your wedding cake style?

CCS: Modern, artistic — we are open to just about anything.

NHMB: What sort of products do you offer?

CCS: We offer cake, cupcakes, cake pops, cookies, gourmet tortes and chocolates.

NHBM: Do you have any specific products that you sell that are a unique asset to the bakery? Do you have any products or flavors that are especially popular?

CCS: Our gourmet tortes and cake pops are unique to our bakery. One of our most popular flavors is Champagne Cake.

NHBM: Who is your ideal client?

CCS: Someone who is open to creativity and loves sweets.

NHMB: How and when did you get into this business?

CCS: We started as a home business 5 years ago and opened our shop a little over a year ago.

NHMB: Of the bakery products you make, which is your favorite to eat?

CCS: We love our cake pops, but we are always ready to taste test anything we make.

NHMB: What's the most memorable wedding cake you've ever made?

CCS: A Taco Bell-themed wedding cake.

NHMB: Do you cater to specific requests, or do you prefer to create cake designs from scratch?

CCS: We cater to specific requests, but we also like to use our own creativity.
