Jessica: I went to a BBQ at my roommate’s cousin’s co-worker’s house. Upon arriving, a tall, slightly dorky guy offered to give me a tour of their bachelor pad. I smirked when he tried to explain the technological marvels of a “rapid bottle chiller,” but I was taken with his genuine kindness and unabashed enthusiasm.
Spencer: My roommates were hosting a BBQ, and though I had other plans I couldn’t help but notice the gorgeous blonde standing in my living room. I introduced myself and gave her a tour of our kitchen, highlighting our unique beverage-related gadgets. She seemed impressed, and I was smitten.
