We met back in high school, although going to different schools, we would spend time together with mutual friends and eventually parted ways. It wasn’t until our early 20s, when we were working together in a restaurant while attending college, that sparks flew. There was instant attachment and a knowingness that we would always be together. We both knew we found the truest of love and started our journey together. Five years later he proposed on Christmas morning, my favorite holiday, by giving me a red rose with a ring tucked between petals. A year later our twin baby boys were born and, a year after that, we made our dreams come true with a spectacular wedding.
